The Toray Pan Pacific Open 2025 Finals Results: Winners and Their Prize Money
The Toray Pan Pacific Open 2025 concluded on Sunday, October 26, with Switzerland’s Belinda Bencic and the formidable doubles pairing of TÃmea Babos / Luisa Stefani capturing the championships at the WTA 500 event in Tokyo, Japan. With a total purse of $1,064,510, the champions delivered commanding performances to secure their respective titles.
Singles Final: Bencic Breezes Past Nosková
The singles final saw the fifth seed Belinda Bencic (SUI) defeat the sixth seed Linda Nosková (CZE) in straight sets, 6–2, 6–3, to lift the Tokyo trophy. The victory marked Bencic’s 10th career WTA Tour title.
Bencic’s victory was the culmination of a week defined by her remarkable clutch play. Her most dramatic moment came in the quarterfinals, where the Swiss Olympic champion had to save a match point before prevailing over eighth seed KarolÃna Muchová (CZE) with a resilient 3–6, 7–5, 7–5 scoreline. She followed that up with another grueling three-set semifinal victory against Sofia Kenin (USA).
In contrast, Nosková, who was playing in her biggest career final, had a path of attrition, eventually advancing to the championship by way of a walkover in the semifinals after second seed Elena Rybakina (KAZ) withdrew due to a low back injury. Despite her cleaner path, Nosková could not match the precision and power of Bencic in the final.
Singles Prize Money:
| Finish | Player | Prize Money (USD) |

The defending singles champion, Zheng Qinwen, had withdrawn before the tournament began due to an elbow injury.
Doubles Final: Babos/Stefani Claim the Crown
In the doubles competition, the fourth-seeded team of TÃmea Babos (HUN) and Luisa Stefani (BRA) delivered a dominant performance to defeat the third seeds, Anna Danilina (KAZ) and Aleksandra Krunić (SRB), 6–1, 6–4, to secure the title.
Babos and Stefani successfully navigated a tough path, notably overcoming the top-seeded pair of Ellen Perez (AUS) and Taylor Townsend (USA) 6-7(4), 6-3, [10-5] in the semifinals.
The runners-up, Danilina and Krunić, also had a challenging route, which included a semifinal victory over the Japanese-Spanish duo of Shuko Aoyama and Cristina Bucșa, 6–4, 6–4. Reigning doubles champions Shuko Aoyama and Eri Hozumi chose not to compete together in 2025. Aoyama, alongside Bucșa, reached the semifinals, while Hozumi and her partner Wu Fang-hsien (TPE) were defeated in the first round by Nicole Melichar-Martinez and Yifan Xu.
