Tournament History

The Szczecin Open has a long and storied history, dating back to 1993. It was initially held as a Satellite event before becoming a part of the ATP Challenger Tour in 1996. It was awarded the ATP Challenger of the Year title multiple times, including in 2002, 2016, and 2019, recognizing its excellent organization, player facilities, and fan experience.
