Open Occitanie 2026: Provisional Schedule Revealed for Montpellier
Tennis fans can now mark their calendars as the provisional schedule for the 2026 Open Occitanie has been released. The ATP 250 tournament is set to take over the Sud de France Arena in Montpellier from February 1st to February 8th, 2026.
This year marks the 16th edition of the tournament, promising a packed week of world-class singles and doubles action. Below is the day-by-day breakdown of what spectators can expect.
Opening Weekend: Qualifiers and Early Rounds
The action kicks off on Sunday, February 1 (DIM 1) with the Singles Qualifiers. It is the earliest start of the week, with doors opening at 10:00 a.m. and matches beginning at 10:30 a.m. Play is expected to conclude around 5:00 p.m.
The intensity ramps up on Monday, February 2 (LUN 2). The schedule includes the final Qualifying rounds for singles, alongside the start of the Round of 32 for singles and the Round of 16 for doubles. Matches begin at 12:00 p.m., with a late finish expected around 11:00 p.m.
Tuesday, February 3 (MAR 3) continues the momentum with the Singles Round of 32 and Doubles Round of 16. Match play is scheduled to start slightly later at 12:30 p.m.
Mid-Week: The Field Narrows
By Wednesday, February 4 (MER 4), the tournament begins its transition. The day will see the conclusion of the Round of 32 and the beginning of the Round of 16 for singles. Simultaneously, the doubles bracket moves from the Round of 16 into the Quarterfinals.
Thursday, February 5 (JEU 5) is dedicated to the Round of 16 in singles and the Quarterfinals in doubles. Like the previous days, doors open at 11:30 a.m. with play commencing at 12:30 p.m. and running until approximately 11:00 p.m.
The Finals Weekend
The stakes are highest from Friday onward. Friday, February 6 (VEN 6) features the Singles Quarterfinals and the first Doubles Semifinal match.
Saturday, February 7 (SAM 7) will host the Singles Semifinals and the second Doubles Semifinal. Notably, the schedule is tighter on this day, with matches starting at 12:30 p.m. and concluding earlier, around 6:00 p.m.
Championship Sunday
The tournament culminates on Sunday, February 8 (DIM 8). The schedule for the finals is set as follows:
- Doors Open: 11:30 a.m.
- Doubles Final: Starts at 12:30 p.m. (12h30)
- Singles Final: Starts at 3:00 p.m. (15h00)
The final day of the event is expected to conclude around 4:30 p.m., crowning the champions of the 2026 Open Occitanie.
